Kim Box is an independent board director serving  on the board of McGrath Rentcorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), a diversified business-to-business rental company where she is the chair of the Nomination/Governance Committee and a member of the compensation committee.  She also served on the board of directors of American River Bankshares (NASDAQ:AMRB), a community business bank until it was acquired in August 2021, she was the chair of the finance & capital committee and the directors loan committee and a  member of the audit committee. Ms. Box is on the board of Applied Science, Inc., a medtech company and is a member of the compensation committee.  She is the former President and CEO at Gatekeeper Innovation, Inc., a medical device company that provides innovative solutions for securing prescription medications where she grew the revenue over 500% in four years and brought new products to market.  She is the chair of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors NorCal Chapter board. Box is a former Vice President at HP where she led a $1B global IT Services organization.
